Remote Client Information and Fee Estimate
2011 Filing Season
Please follow the five steps on this page. First, fill out the Remote Client and Fee Estimate form, then click the 'DOWNLOAD' button. Once complete, you will be prompted to download your results as a PDF document, please 'save' the document to your computer as it will be needed for your submission in the next step below.
STEP 1: Complete Fee Estimate Form
STEP 2: E-mail Tax Documents
Please click the SEND E-MAIL button below, and attach the following documents:
Remote Client Information and Fee Estimate Form (PDF document from Step 1 above)
If you have 5 or more stock transactions, attach the completed stock template
(Excel spreadsheet from Step 1 above).
- All your tax-related documents, such as:
- All w2s
- Bank interest and dividend statements
- Mortgage statement, property tax charity contribution amount, etc.
- Stock sales
- All other income-related documents
- Student loan interest paid and college tuition amount paid in current year
- Moving expense and miles moved
- All other tax-deductible items

STEP 3: Receive Draft and Make Payment
We shall provide you with an initial draft and a file number within 48 hours. Review this and let us know your consent to proceed or if any changes are required. Once we agreed upon the final draft, an e-file authorization form (IRS form 8879) will be provided to you along with the final draft. If Direct Deposit is requested, your bank info will be printed on the form 8879. Please verify this information. For new clients there is a $25.00 set up fee that would be adjusted against your final service fee total.
Sign the form 8879 for IRS and State/s and e-mail or fax to us. Make your service fee before e-filing the return.
STEP 4: Submit Signed Form 8879 for e-Filing
Submit Form 8879 and then you're done!
